IT'S LOVE MONTH...can you feel it? Ako kasi hindi...wahahaha!
All the characteristics I placed below as my answer are based on what my future husband should be like. Of course these are my personal standards but not sure if this is in tune with what God wants for me to have. Honestly, I'm soo excited to know who I'm gonna be with for the rest of my life. Yesterday in church, our Youth ministry handled a seminar entitled "True Love Waits." As for those who haven't heard of that, it's about a Christian way of tackling things regarding love and how to handle it under the Lord’s qualifications and guidance based on His Word. We did not only discuss about falling in love with a person but also to whom we should distribute the gift of love that the Lord Jesus has given us. On our first day of seminar (it has a continuation on next Saturday), we have learned that there are specific persons who will be needing our sincere love; and it's represented by the 5 fingers of our hand:
Thumb - God
Index finger - you
Middle finger - family and friends
Ring finger - future mate (future husband in my case)
Little finger - future children
I do not need elaborating these 5 things…ang haba kasi eh! Haha. Pero I do hope that you'll get to encounter this seminar or anything like it under Christian context kasi it also gives emphasis on sexual purity. People nowadays wouldn't care if they would give in to their sexual or physical desires-they say it's just a matter of knowing their true feeling for that person and if they thought they're serious with the person they're with, they can engage into something that sooner or later, they'll regret it for the rest of their lives. They did not realize that they're giving away a huge part of them that should be allotted for their husband. Di ba? you enter relationships and end up being heart-broken because you did not pray for it or you did things that are not under the context of the Bible.
Sexual purity is a big deal. It must be!
Teka teka…hahaba nanaman to. I have to research pa for my Special Topic Report tomorrow. I'll be presenting it in front of the 4th year students who will be visiting Sapang Palay kaya feeling ako bukas. Haha! Gosh, I wasn’t able to write here my entries when I was in bulacan. Dapat kasi ganun ang gagawin ko but…I enjoyed being in church for the whole day yesterday and kanina, after church I chatted for a little while then went home na rin. To maximize my time in….WATCHING TV!!! I don't get to do that kasi pag nasa bulacan ako. I missed my family, friends, tv, internet, my comfy bed, everything about home and manila. When we were on our way to UST last Friday, by the time that we saw the "modern civilization", that is, seeing the busy streets and tall, concrete buildings of the metro, sobrang abot hanggang external occipital protuberance (yung bony prominence sa likod ng ulo natin..kapain niyo..hindi yung batok ha) ang smiles namin.
I thank our Heavenly Father for helping me survive my first week there. I was able to establish rapport with my 2 co-interns (buti na lang girls sila pareho) though medyo nahihiya pa rin ako and that I miss my friends back in school. 2 of us know how to cook meals kaya we got no problem as to what and how we're gonna survive our stay there and maintain being healthy. Kain, tulog, aral lang kami actually dun. 8-12am are the clinical hours, fieldwork (which starts this week) in the afternoon tapos come what may na sa gabi. We have advocated a 4-hour policy in the evening, which means we have to study for 4 hours every night so we can maximize our stay there. Para sa Grands and Orals na rin namin. Kokonti lang ang may ganung opportunity. Kaya siguro ok lang na walang tv or anything that would distract me para I would at least concentrate more on my studies...para naman makatapos na ako ngayong year!!! One more thing, walang spooky akong na-feel. PRAISE GOD! The angels of heaven are always there even before I arrive there to cleanse and guard every corner of the place that I'm gonna stay in. Whenever I do things alone like being in my room or going to the comfort room, I always think that the Lord's angels are with me and protecting me from any evil spirit that could scare me. I thank the Lord for the precious blood that He has covered upon me.

-yung sweet...not in the way that he shows it physically, he can show it in many different ways kung gugustuhin niya

-yoko ng either sa extremes na 'to. he's well-built pero pag titignan mo siya, akala mo payat. gets niyo? yoko kasi ng well-built tapos muscular talaga. eeeeww!

-whatever

-short...he looks neat

-not to the point that i get allergic rhinitis na, sensitive ang olfactory senses ko pag matapang

-it's difficult to have someone who has this attribute kasi marami kang kaagaw. haha! pero at least, kung siya talaga inimpress ni Lord for me, as well as sa kanya, di kami magkakaron ng problem jan.

-yep!

-definitely! so we can praise God wherever we go

-ok lang kahit hindi

-yeah...para maganda blending ng boses namin! naks...feeling ko naman maganda boses ko!

-basta he knows how to carry himself..how he takes care of his body and not being too much concerned with other people's physical impression on him

-not a requirement but it's a plus factor if he does wear eyeglasses.

-whatever..

-hmmmm.......nope. he must be confident enough to talk to other people and if there's an opportunity to tell them about God's love, he must be able to do it comfortably.
